New Employer Rate (2008) = Industry Average (.01% - 6.20%)
Wage Limit (2008) - $7,000
Employer/Reporting Unit for SUTA contributions: PEO or each client/co-employer.

Workers’ compensation coverage can be provided by the PEO or Client/Co-employer.
Exclusive remedy benefits apply to both PEO and client/co-employer.

Benefit Plans:
A PEO sponsored fully insured benefit plan is allowed, subject to Insurance Dept approval, but each "Client’s employees shall be considered as a separate group for purposes of eligibility, rating, and coverage.”
