Workers’ compensation coverage can be provided by the PEO or client/co-employer, as specified in the service agreement.

Exclusive remedy benefits apply to both the licensed PEO and client/co-employer.

Benefit Plans:

PEO and/or client can sponsor fully insured benefit plans.

A PEO sponsored self-funded benefit plan is allowed, but must meet certain reporting and funding requirements.
