Workers’ compensation coverage can be provided by the PEO or client/co-employer, using an MCP format.

Exclusive remedy benefits apply to both PEO and client/co-employer, assuming all employees are covered.

Benefit Plans:

PEO and/or client can sponsor fully insured benefit plans, however an insurance provider must file certain information with the insurance commissioner prior to offering coverage to a PEO.
