Join industry colleagues for friendly competition on the links. This year’s tournament will be held among the rolling hills and breathtaking panoramas of the Vanderbilt Legends Club. The Legends Club is a private facility featuring two championship courses designed by Hall of Fame golfer Tom Kite and renowned golf architect Bob Cupp. The Legends Club is widely recognized as Tennessee’s premier golf facility and has played host to numerous marquee events, including LPGA Tour tournaments, U.S. Senior Open Qualifying and the U.S. Girls Junior Championship. Will Unemployment Taxes Kill the Recovery?

The "Great Recession" of 2009-10 is the worst the country has experienced since World War II, severely impacting employees and employers alike. The USDOL predicts that 40 state
unemployment trust funds will become insolvent during this recession, borrowing over $90B. In its budget and economic outlook for 2010-2020, the Congressional Budget Office has reported that the unemployment tax burden will nearly double in 2013 from 2009 levels. Aside from the near term impact of this recession on PEO's, long term ramifications will occur, and this presentation will provide an analysis of where the country is currently and where TALX sees it heading in the next few years.
